Cesar Reyes: Importante dejarles saber que la communication con el St.Oscar Valdez es excelente. Una persona que lo llamara para dejarles saber que el reloj fue enviado. Tambien por mensaje de texto le enviará el tracking # y el paquete esta asegurado y llega con acuse de recibo. Algo muy importante de esta manera su reloj estara seguro desde que sale hasta que llega adonde usted. Detalles de gran importancia y que a mi no me gustó fue que llegó sin caja y envuelto en papel de traza. Para mi la presentanción al recibir un reloj cuenta mucho. Mas cuando se menciona a en la descripción que el reloj tiene un bolso que tiene la firmarse grabada en el y sirve para guardar el reloj y guardar varios brasaletes. Mi reloj llegó sin el bolso y para mi que soy colecionista de relojes y es mi caso porque soy exigente al comprar un reloj el mismo no complicated con todos Los criterios mas importantes. Entre ellos la presentación al recibir el reloj. Yo esperaba abrir un Paquete, dentro del paquete encontrar una caja o un bulto elegante y que al abrir la caja encontrar email con un reloj cubierto con plástico tanto en el Cristal trasero como en el cristal de safiro de alfrente y puesto con su brazalete bien presentation. Con una nota que digs gracias por su compra y una tarjeta de garantía y su recibo de compra.El reloj para el precio merece un brasalete estilo oyter o jubilee y impresionaria mucho más ya que el brasalete que trae no es de la categoria del reloj. Para mi es un Gran placer have tenido la oprtunidad de hacer negocio con ustedes, el trato es bueno. Buena comunicación y eso es muy importante. En mi caso devolví el reloj porque para mi la presentanción es importante. Yo pernalmente me gusta recibir un reloj con su caja. Pienso que so mejoran en la presentación y le ponen un buen brasalete al reloj y mejoran aun el precio. Su reloj se venderia mas y tendrian la oprtunidad de que personas exigente comp yo de queden con el reloj.Exito y salud para el equipo de trabajo de Watch Service Center, Inc.
