Madu Ravada: It was special! My husband surprised me for our 10th anniversary.The sales associates were very personable. Ayeska was incredibly patient and let me try on many rings until I found the perfect one. The packaging was impeccable!Another senior associate gave my toddler a coloring book and crayons to keep her occupied while we tried on the jewelry. It was the best coloring book I've ever seen—so luxurious!I also appreciate that the store is kept locked, and the associates open it when customers arrive. Helped them concentrate on one customer per associate.

She goes above and beyond every time I am at the store, even in occasions when other people enter at multiple times, Ashley continues assisting me, she never takes her eye contact away from me, which truly makes me feel very special and I have never ever felt pressured.
