Chelsea Downey: was very friendly and helpful in showing us the English sections, which were plentiful in romance, fantasy, fiction, and non-fiction. I bought a PR historical fiction, my friend got a Disney short stories collection and a small local bilingual poetry collection, recommended by the manager.The store smells wonderfully of books, is well-organized and filled nearly to bursting, but still easy to navigate. It's on the same street as Poet's Passage. They took credit cards and had nice bags.

Love it here, from the friendly staff to the amazing atmosphere and the big selection of books all categorized and some even with some of the employee's reads and opinions/recommendations of the books. If you're looking for new books to read, i suggest checking this place out
The staff was pretty nice! I originally went here because of the blind book date option I saw in some pictures but they didn’t have it available at that time. They however said that it would be available in summer, when they move places. Overall really good experience and I got myself a book for $5 less than its listed on amazon which is my usual go-to place for books. Really cozy and nice staff.

Sharon DC: El personal fue agradable y servicial a pesar de la barrera del idioma. Me presentaron su sistema de servicio de tickets aquí. Hubo una espera en los días ocupados, pero el personal se aseguró de atender a cada cliente de manera eficiente. Parecía que puedes reservar tus libros/artículos con anticipación y simplemente pagar a la llegada una vez que se solicita tu boleto. Revisan su compra y lista de libros una vez más antes de realizar la venta. La tienda estaba limpia y organizada. Su estacionamiento lateral no es tan grande, así que cuando sea un día ajetreado, buena suerte. Tendrás que conducir y esperar hasta que alguien se vaya. La ubicación de Río Piedras es su almacén. Este es el sitio ideal si no puede encontrar el libro de su hijo en otras ubicaciones de Libreria.

Bjorn Bouwmeester: Very helpful, very coordinated. I Like the coordination with the schools for the book lists and their web site. Materials could be better and coordination with the schools on the materials list could be better. Website is a little clunky especially for materials. I'm glad I did not visit during the school book purchase crunch as parking is slim here. Still I highly appreciated the customer service here.
